Blend each record toward .500 using 15 prior games, then rank by adjusted win %.
Every player starts as if they had already played 15 games at .500 before win % is calculated. Small samples get pulled toward the middle, so a 5–0 record does not automatically beat a 78–26 season.
Tradeoff: Handles uneven game counts without a hard cutoff. The prior-game constant (15 here) is a tuning choice and needs a short explanation for members.
